General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. Typically, items ship within 2-3 business days. Please note, during our off season (Jan 1 – July 4) we are closed on Mondays. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified, and your money refunded using the original method of payment if we cannot complete your order in a satisfactorily and timely manner.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the continental U.S.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. (See maps below) Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight/dimensions of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and use the shipping estimator on the checkout page. We do our best to keep shipping charges as low as possible, however, if you are placing a large order with multiple items, the calculator may be high. You may call us at 281-573-8625 during normal business hours for a more accurate quote. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Feeders will only to ship to the "VERIFIED" billing address of a credit card and to the card holder only. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is only in place to protect ourselves and the consumer from any type of fraud.

Although, we keep a large inventory in our store, not everything is kept in stock, especially large items. If you have chosen an item that must be picked up in store, it is advised calling first to check its availability before driving to pick it up.
